I Love Greens

Ok, not all of us like fruit and veg and it can be hard to stick to a healthy diet, but in preparation for a big event it can be especially important, as Nicola Ragon explains ...
How to ‘stress-less’ as a bride-to-be…..
As a bride-to-be (and a three times bridesmaid) I know only too well how, during all the wedding preparations, the pressure can mount until the word ‘stress’ doesn’t even touch how you’re feeling!  Most people just accept that this as par for the course, unless you’ve managed to delegate everything to a professional wedding planner (I wish!) or you happen to be super chilled out (I’m not!).  But as my professional head keeps telling me, by making some simple changes to our diet and lifestyle, we can help the body feel more in control when under pressure and actually reduce the feelings of stress.  And when I practice what I preach I feel so much better!

Stress isn’t always caused by one huge upsetting event in your life.  It can come about after an accumulation of small every day, not necessarily negative, events.  For example having the constant pressure of decision making, even for a happy event, can cause feelings of stress for some people.  Our different personalities have quite a bearing on what we are able to cope with.  Other common stressors during wedding prep include trying to lose weight (both the physical stress on the body as well as the mental torture if it’s not done properly!), time pressures, money worries, guest list issues etc. etc. Stressful events in themselves aren’t a bad thing; we are designed to cope with life’s ups and downs.  Unfortunately, sometimes when the stressorsare relentless our bodies just respond in the wrong way and it is this response and the diseases that stem from it that causes the problem.  Making sure the body is well nourished and rested can help to reduce these effects.

We’ve all experienced butterflies in our tummy and that urgent need to rush to the toilet; that is a direct effect of stress hormones, the ones we release when we are feeling nervous, frightened or under pressure. It’s what we called the fight or flight response and it’s a response to an immediate stressor.  Traditionally this would have been a big grizzly bear eyeing you up for lunch; for us that moment before walking down the aisle will probably cause the same response.  It’s the body’s way of getting ready for action by increasing heart rate, mobilising energy stores, increasing blood pressure and shutting down non-essential functions like digestion.  Now the problem is we’re not going to respond by running away at speed or fighting the vicar or registrar – well I hope not anyway – so all those hormones build in the body.

If the intense stress carries on over the longer term we continue to release the stress hormone cortisol and out body starts using up vital nutrients just to keep going and to produce these hormones.  You might feel like you’re coping but may also experience insomnia, headaches, anxiety.  Your metabolism and normal body functions are disrupted because you’re constantly producing these stress hormones.

Then finally, after a period of time exposed to constant stressors, we might reach the exhaustion stage, where our bodies just can’t produce the stress hormones in the levels needed.  We feel exhausted and may experience depression, low sex drive (certainly not what you want in the build-up to the most romantic day of your life), frequent infections and even changes in your periods and hormone levels.  Everything becomes just too much for the body.

Typically, someone who is stressed, struggling to cope and perhaps not realising it will….
  • drink alcohol to relax and send them to sleep, but the sleep isn't quality sleep
  • drink coffee in the morning to get them going after the poor sleep
  • have a cigarette to calm nerves after all the caffeine
  • eat stodgy comfort food for lunch
  • have a bar of chocolate mid-afternoon to get over the 4 o'clock slump
  • dodge the gym because they are too tired after work
  • reach for the take-away menu because the thought of deciding what to cook is overwhelming and they are starving

All of these things form a vicious cycle giving you a boost of energy followed by a slump, then requiring another boost of energy.  And they make things worse.  They also tend to encourage weight gain, poor mood and dull skin and hair - the exact things you don’t want as a bride!

Now being aware of stressors and the effects they have is the first step in being able to cope better.  And other than trying to reduce the stressors, the next step is trying to strengthen the body to prevent any negative effects. A well-nourished and healthy individual can cope with most things thrown at them!

Blood sugar balance – this is probably the most important thing to think about when trying to cope with stress. The body interprets imbalanced blood sugar levels as a stressor. When we eat carbohydrates this is digested and absorbed as glucose, a type of sugar.  Now refined carbohydrates like white bread, white pasta and sugar are absorbed very quickly because they don’t take long to digest.  This causes our blood sugar levels to rise very high, very quickly.  The body detects this and releases a hormone called insulin to remove this sugar and put it into storage but it panics because there is so much sugar in the blood and releases too much insulin.  This sends our blood sugar levels plummeting as too much sugar is taken from the blood.  It’s at this stage that we get the shakes, fatigue and cravings for sugar/carbs and other stimulants. So aim keep blood sugar levels stable throughout the day by eating a good mix of complex carbohydrates, protein and good fats.

Avoid stimulants (normal tea, coffee, coke) – these give an instant energy boost but reduce energy levels in the long term.Caffeine elevates the stress hormones cortisol and adrenalin, and over stimulation can lead to irritability and a lack of concentration – the same symptoms as stress!  If you have to have coffee in the morning make sure it’s after breakfast.

Limit alcohol - not only does it interfere with good sleep but it depletes important nutrients like B vitamins required for energy production.  The next morning you’ll feel even more tired.

Regular exercise – cardio work will use up those stress hormones to restore balance in the body.  Stretching and breathing exercises like yoga and Pilates will encourage you to slow down and relax.  Happy hormones will also be released so you are guaranteed to end up feeling happier.

Planning – the absolute key to making good choices during stressful periods is planning. That means making a shopping list, knowing what you will cook each evening, taking a packed lunch and always having the healthiest snacks available.

And finally…..

46% of women over-eat when stressed, compared to 17% of men!
And women are more likely to suffer from stress related conditions than men!
So as you can see it’s even more important for us women to take control when it comes to managing stress!  If you are struggling with stress why not consider visiting a qualified nutritional therapist to help you find a balance through diet, lifestyle and supplements (if necessary)?  If you can support your body you will stay happy and healthy - happy wedding planning!!

Now pass me the camomile tea!

Planned for Perfection

Many people might think that hiring a wedding planner is just another expense on top of everything else for your big day. However wedding planners very often offer a range of services from full wedding planning to supplier sourcing or on the day co-ordination, and can sometimes save you money in the long run.

UK wedding planning company, Planned for Perfection has won the national award in the Best Wedding Planner (independent) category at The 2012 Wedding Industry Awards. The 2012 Wedding Industry Awards took place recently in London “recognising and rewarding excellence in the wedding industry.” Judges included Annabel Beeforth of prestigious wedding blog, Love My Dress, Editor of You & Your Wedding, Miranda Eason and Sky News Presenter, Sarah Hewson, along with an array of industry experts.

The award was presented to company owner, Jane Riddell, after a panel of industry experts and celebrity judges deemed the planning service to be the best in the country, based on feedback and votes from happy customers.
Planned for Perfection has been making dream wedding days a reality for six years. The company’s mission statement is: ““To provide a personal and flexible approach to wedding planning by helping couples to create their perfect day – with years of invaluable experience, every wedding really is PLANNED FOR PERFECTION….Affordable, Award Winning Wedding Planning!”

Company owner, Jane Riddell says: “I’m absolutely thrilled that Planned for Perfection has been recognised as a standard for excellence in the wedding industry. The fact that the decision was based solely on the feedback and votes from our clients is an incredible validation of the hard work we put in on a daily basis, and makes this award something to really be proud of. Reading the customer feedback was actually a very emotional and rewarding experience in itself, to win the best in the south west award was an honour but to win the national award was an amazing bonus.”

Jane’s extensive background in hotel senior management more than prepared her for founding Planned for Perfection six years ago, when her passion for weddings and events became a full-time occupation, and has earned her a coveted UKAWP (UK Alliance of Wedding Planners) membership.

Jane feels it’s her ability to connect with couples and to deliver their dream day that has earned Planned for Perfection this latest award. She says: “The most important thing about planning someone else’s wedding is to make it theirs. It’s about being able to read people and understand their tastes and personalities. The wedding should say a lot about who our clients are as a couple and how they feel about each other, and there’s a lot of skill involved in narrowing down a list of suppliers that a couple will fall in love with.”

“We’re also very flexible and offer a range of packages to suit different budgets and needs. Our clients often give feedback about how personal our service is, whether it’s a full planning package, the finishing touches or on-the-day coordination.” Jane adds: “Couples need to have confidence that they’re going to have the day they want, without all the hassle of planning. I truly believe that a wedding planner isn’t a luxury; it can actually be a necessity for people with busy lives and a budget to stick to. Planned for Perfection has a policy of never working for commission from suppliers, we make sure our couples benefit from any savings. Instead we have a great network of contacts and we short list based on that’s right for each client.”

RS Wedding Designs

Earlier in the year Rachyeta featured us on her lovely Shaadiesque blog and we are very proud to be featured in her Supplier Lounge there, so I am very pleased to be able to share with you news of her exciting new planning packages.

Think you can’t afford a wedding planner? Think again! RS WeddingDesigns  is offering pick-n-mix planning from just £280 with their Theme Design packages.

“No bride wants a cookie cutter wedding but all too often weddings try to foist a package wedding onto them that really doesn’t reflect their personality,” says Rachyeta Singh. “With a Theme Design package, it’s a small outlay that can really open your eyes to what else is out there.”
“It’s your opportunity to do something different and make your big day stand out.”

The package starts at £280 for design ideas, rising to just £395 if you would like RS Wedding Designs to recommend suppliers as well.

The idea for the Theme Design package came from customer demand. Rachyeta often updates her blog with gorgeous reception decor ideas and her eye for colour and attention to detail can turn a dreary hotel package wedding into something rather wonderful.

One bride who avoided a cookie cutter wedding, but ordered some gorgeous cookies, is Catherine, who booked a Theme Design package with Rachyeta.

“The theme Rachyeta chose for us was a paradise dream theme, because our love story was something out of a dream,” Catherine says.

“The place names were little puffy clouds, the set up was a light blue and pink infusion. Our favours were a mix of a thermometer shaped ginger biscuits and an aeroplane shaped biscuit, as I am a doctor and my husband is a pilot.”

“Her venue suggestion was spot on and everyone had a blast.”

So how does RS Wedding Designs come up with these special touches? The company takes an innovative approach to wedding planning, building up an online directory of preferred suppliers to add to the creative flair of Rachyeta and her team. As such, RS Wedding Designs brides not only get great ideas, they also get great discounts.
“Brides use Google a lot nowadays to research wedding ideas but it’s a real shot in the dark,” Rachyeta says. “You may find the supplier of a product you want, but how can you be assured of quality? There has to be a degree of trust and nothing beats a recommendation from those within the industry.

“Our suppliers are people who will deliver. There is a great deal of vetting going on before they are added to our directory. We want to get to know the company behind the business logo - and, in the wedding industry, the photographer behind the camera.”

You can contact Rachyeta through her website, follow her on Twitter and get gorgeous inspiration from her Shaadiesque blog and her Bridal Street, rs1 blog.

Paul Johnstone

Weddings are not just about the bride - sorry ladies but it's true! It's your man's day too, and your dad's, even if their speeches do refer to you, the whole point of the day is the marriage of your lives together to become a full partnership rather than a take over! Much blood, sweat and tears go into many wedding speeches and often the poor chaps have to sit through a full wedding breakfast knowing that they have to stand up and give a speech afterwards, which can't be great on the nerves. So, today's guest blogger gives some advice on speaking in public to an audience, which of course applies to ladies as well as to any best man or father of the bride!

A TALE OF A TERRIFIED BEST MAN

As I stepped up to the microphone to talk about my friend I had 20 minutes to inform, entertain and acknowledge a crowd who were it was, well in the main, strangers to me. I was petrified – 20 mins how the heck am I going to fill all that time? When I accepted Peter's invite to be his best man, I really had no idea what I was letting myself in for. Apart from all the stag night and the ring, it was my responsibility to look after the groom and that included the stag night. It’s best if we leave that tale for another day!

Once I was into my stride most of the things I had to deal with happened fairly easily. That’s not to say there were no issues, but most of the tasks seemed to follow a fairly natural path. Until the realisation hit me, that in four weeks I had to give a best man’s speech! Now standing there bigging up and embarrassing my friend was a juicy thought. But the closer I got, the more I realised a lot of what I had written was not going to be appropriate. My laddish style was not going to hit the spot, not to mention the jokes I had planned!

During the conversations with Peter and his parents, and the telephone call to the brides parents told me as much.  Peter and I went back many years and I could embarrass him royally.  But I was told in no uncertain terms, I was to keep it clean. So everything I had decided to use was now useless. It was then I started to get very worried about speaking to a bunch of people I hardly knew.

It was then I experienced the first emotions that were to scare the living what’s’ it’s out of me.
As I later found out, speaking in public is our number one fear. Well in Western societies it is.
Earlier I mentioned the feelings I was starting to experience.  And you can feel the fear of speaking, because it’s down to a bunch of chemicals that are let loose on us. These are the same chemicals produced by our brain that we get, when, well you are overtaking a lorry on the Motor way and you get a blow out at 70 mph, in rush hour.  Your brain is hard wired to react that way.

The closer it got to the big day the more nervous I felt.  It got so bad I went to a hypnotherapist in search of help.  On the evening before the wedding I took Peter down to the pub at 9:30 for a last pint or two.  After all I was under strict orders to keep him sober. Over a beer I mentioned I was petrified and suggested he might get a replacement! Well what happened was adequate and the end the day went well, and I managed not to offend anyone, And I believe I mentioned all the people who had made the day go well.

The one thing the experience showed me was a singular deficiency that deterred me from speaking to groups.  I decided to do something about it and conquer this fear of speaking in public. Five years later I was again a best man and this time I was ready, primed and confident.  I had taken a speaking class which had put me on the right road.  But what it did was engender a life long love of speaking in public. It is now something I love.  So much so a year ago I gave up my job and started teaching people how to speak for a living.

Being able to speak in public should not put anyone off, in my opinion it should be taught in schools, well it is in America.  Now you may realise why Americans often seem so at ease when speaking to groups. If there is one tip above all other it is ‘Be yourself’.  Once you start trying to be someone else you just pile on the pressure and believe me your nerves will win the day!

Please feel free to ask me for my ten tips for speaking at weddings, which started out as advice for the best man.  And enjoy speaking at weddings, with confidence.

The Wedding Day PA

So much time, effort and money goes into planning a wedding and no one wants to have a disaster on the day, our guest blogger this week, Claire aka The Wedding Day PA share some words of wisdom on how to avoid this!
The Wedding Day PA

How To Avoid A Wedding Day Disaster

Upon telling people I meet that I am a wedding planner - most people  ask what do you do when there is a wedding day disaster and thankfully  (touching a bit of wood) I haven't yet encountered a major wedding day  disaster but this isn't due to the fact I am lucky or God was looking  down on me that day - for the most part the reason why the weddings I  co-ordinate, and indeed the success behind any big celebration or event,  is.....it's all in the planning. Sounds simple but what amazes me most  about weddings and brides/grooms planning a wedding is nine out of ten  couples spend so much time, energy and money ensuring they have planned  their perfect wedding that most forget that the actual day itself needs  planning and a "go-to" person for any last minute questions or surprises  this as you will find out this doesn't need to be a wedding day  co-ordinator. If you have a couple of capable friends dividing some  simple wedding day tasks and checks can ensure the difference between a  wedding day disaster and your perfect day....

The main tip I would give to brides is to have all your paperwork and  supplier information sorted in a neat and tidy wedding file. This file  should contain all the suppliers contact details, what services they are  supplying and copies of receipts paid along with any monies due in a  sealed envelope. Give this file to a trusted bridesmaid/maid of honour  or sibling who can have the file stored in a secure place and refer to  it if and when needed.

Secondly, I hate having my photo taken - I avoid it at all costs, if you  also dread the photographers camera flash ensure you book a engagement  shoot - now for those of you that do hate having your photo taken this  may seem like a crazy idea to have more photos taken than required, however having a pre-wedding/engagement photo shoot will make you feel  at ease with your photographer and means you can practise some wedding  type photo poses. On your wedding day ask your photographer's assistant  to do a quick walk around the popular photo opportunities at your venue  to make sure there are no cigarette ends or big muddy puddles on the  gravel etc.

Most brides spend hours choosing the right centrepieces and table  decorations to turn their wedding reception into their perfect dream,  ask your venue co-ordinator if you can set one table up prior to the  wedding exactly how you want it to look on the day itself and take a  photo, hand that to whoever is setting up your decorations - nothing is  more clear for them than a photograph to work from.

Have an emergency wedding day kit close to hand - I have for example  over 100 items in The Wedding Day PA's emergency kit which includes a  spare bouquet and wedding cake! Having a few essentials such as some  loose powder, lip gloss and a small sewing kit can keep you looking a  bridal beauty all day long!

When booking your DJ/band who are to play your chosen track for your  first dance ensure they have the CD/can play the track chosen - nothing  can turn a perfect wedding day into a wedding day disaster than not  being able to dance your first dance to a track you don't know and  haven't chosen. Here at The Wedding Day PA I carry a Ipod with powerful  speakers and make sure the first dance of the chosen couple is  downloaded and ready should the worse happen!

But above everything remember to enjoy yourself!

Little Bundles Bunting

There are virtually endless different themes and colour schemes for your wedding these days, but it's not always easy to find exactly what you want within your chosen theme/scheme. As a stationer I am happy to and enjoy creating special stationery to your theme or colour scheme and find it hard to understand when businesses won't help or say that they can't help - there's usually a way around most 'problems'! I enjoy a challenge and usually the process of trying to find a way of solving a problem gives you a deeper knowledge of your area of expertise, the best, easiest and most cost effective way of doing something. Even if you don't use all the techniques you research straight away, the chances are you will need the information at some point in the future.

Today we welcome another 'can dooer', Emma Scott from Little Bundles Bunting.......
How did Little Bundles Begin?
I’d been looking everywhere for personalised bunting for my daughter’s birthday, back in 2004; all I could find was generic bunting in basic colours from companies who only wanted to sell me what they stocked, no-one was prepared to source fabric and create me a unique design. It was my, then 4 year old, daughter who announced to everyone that her “mummy” was going to make her bunting! I have always had a creative flair, so thought why not!

Do you just make bespoke bunting?

The majority of our business is made to order bunting, but we have just started to offer bunting lengths for hire. This has come after a very successful run of Union Jack bunting for the Royal Wedding. We still want to produce exclusive bunting, so anything to hire will be made as limited editions. Our bunting has been used at all sorts of parties, events and weddings – and weather permitting, can be used outside.

What makes you different from other bunting companies?
The most important thing for us is that our clients get exactly what they want. A lot of the time they come to me with a great idea, but can’t visualise it. It’s my job to then design something, get the fabrics and colours together and either send samples or email a photo of the design, layout and colour scheme.

We want to make every client feel that they are unique, not just another number. We spend a lot of our time discussing what the client wants, then of course time making the bunting. If we don’t have a specific fabric in stock, we will then go out and source it. It is us providing a completely bespoke service to our clients.

Where do you retail your bunting?
Our clients are all over the UK, and through online shops have sold to the USA, we can post our items anywhere! The majority of orders come directly to me, but we have sold via online shops such as ETSY and Ebay.

You can visit Emma's website, find her on Facebook  and follow her on Twitter. With vintage styled weddings here to stay bunting is ideal for decorating your venue or garden so why not make yours one of a kind?

Sunkissed Ceremonies

Well we've had an extremely dry Spring this year with some glorious sunshine then June arrived, more damp squib than Flaming June! Although the rain is desperately needed for the crops it would be good to get some sunshine and warmth back again - on Sunday evening Mr LG even suggested lighting the open fire, something which the LGs and I needed no persuading about!

Today I'd like to welcome Julia Tsiaka from Sunkissed Ceremonies to our blog. Julia is a Celebrant on the beautiful Greek island of Rhodes .......
Sunkissed Ceremonies - alternative weddings & commitment ceremonies in Rhodes
All About the Ceremony By Julia Tsiaka

If you’re looking for a wedding ceremony that’s completely your style and totally unique, consider a Celebrant wedding ceremony on the beautiful sun-kissed Greek island of Rhodes.

Sunkissed Ceremonies is a brand new Celebrant wedding service in Rhodes which creates tailor-made wedding ceremonies, in the English language, for couples who want to make their special day extra special.

Celebrant wedding ceremonies are becoming increasingly popular all over the world because they allow couples the freedom to express themselves in their own way; to celebrate their wedding day in the way they really want, with respect for their personal beliefs and cultures.

You can hold your Celebrant wedding ceremony in Rhodes at any time of the day or evening, you can express yourself freely when you say your vows to one another and you can include elements of any and all religions and beliefs.  You can include readings and music of any kind and mix up traditional and modern rituals.

The exchange of rings, the exchange of vows, the readings, the music and any other ritual held at a wedding is purely ceremonial and can be performed at any time and in any location.  And that’s where I, as a professional Celebrant can help you to make your wedding ceremony unforgettable.

Many couples choose to register their marriage with a simple visit to their local Registrar first before jetting off into the sunshine with family and friends to celebrate their “real” wedding ceremony.

Banish any thoughts of not holding your wedding ceremony at exactly the same time as your marriage registration.  After all, you wouldn’t Christen your baby or hold a naming ceremony on the same day that you register their birth, would you?  There are few events that we celebrate at the same time that we register them.  Why should weddings be any different?

As your wedding Celebrant, I will spend a great deal of time getting to know you before creating your personalised wedding ceremony.    The ceremony will be completely unique to you, revolving around the story of your lives, your interests, how you met and how you feel about each other, and moulded around your beliefs and lifestyle.

You are free to keep as much of the traditional wedding service as you would like and I will suggest some ways to make your ceremony unique with the inclusion of less traditional rituals that might suit your circumstances, like the sand ceremony, the unity candle or the wine ceremony.  See more examples of rituals on my website
.

Consider the benefits of having a Sunkissed wedding ceremony in Rhodes.

  • It’s an economical option to holding a full-blown traditional ceremony with a Registrar in attendance at an approved UK venue

  • You can choose to have a simple UK marriage registration before or after your Celebrant wedding ceremony in Rhodes or combine your Celebrant wedding ceremony with your legal Greek marriage registration on the island

  • You can invite the family and friends that you really want to have with you on your special day – perhaps ask them to splash out on airfares rather than give you a wedding gift.  Ask those guests who cannot join you in Rhodes, and/or the traditionalists amongst them, to your legal marriage registration in the UK.

  • You can hold the ceremony almost anywhere you like, at any time of day and there are no time restrictions

  • You can style your wedding with a fun or favourite theme, e.g. roaring 20’s, masquerade, wild west, geek, movie stars, Titanic, ancient Greeks, etc. or perhaps just a colour or particular style such as blue and white, ecological, vintage or simply something that fits in with the gorgeous sun-kissed location

  • You can express yourselves in any way and with any words, e.g. vows, readings, music, songs, dancing, etc. and stage your own ceremony choreography

  • You can include other members of your family in the ceremony, e.g. children, or include a remembrance for someone that is no longer with us

  • You can include any religious elements that you like from one or more religions, rituals such as breaking the glass, jumping the broom, handfasting, or even make up some of your own

  • You don’t need any documentation, expensive legalisations or translations for a Sunkissed wedding ceremony – everything is in English

  • It’s fun and it’s in the sun!

  • You can have one heck of a long wedding celebration following your Sunkissed wedding ceremony – it might last until your return flight lands in the UK!

So, if you really want to put some sparkle into your wedding ceremony, come to the Greek island of Rhodes and say your vows in a very special location.

Sweet Dream Events

Here at Lil'Guy we're constantly on the lookout for interesting and exciting things to show you.  Planning a wedding can take months of looking around for inspiration and we hope to give you a wide range of different ideas.  Some brides (and of course grooms!) having been dreaming of their wedding since playing dress up as a child and have an exact image of what they want on their special day, some have a vague idea and just need to pull ideas and suppliers together to create the right atmosphere on the day, others may not have any specific idea in mind at all.  Today we are thrilled to welcome Hannah from Sweet Dream Events to share a little insight into her world.......

When you first asked me to contribute to your blog I felt that I wanted to give people an insight into what I can offer their event, as once people meet me they realise it is far more than my website shows them.
I love providing my clients with an event that is an extension of their personalitlies, Once I have had my initital free consultation I am able to get an insight into what would suit my clients event. I like to keep everything under one umbrella. I have a very close network of industry lovelies who are like an extended family to me, who I work with to make sure the whole design compliments each other, from stationery to flowers, so I can take away the stress and worry of so many things.

Of course Sweet and Dessert tables are the most popular thing at the moment. All of my tables are uniquely designed for each event, I do not have a generic table I use each time. I have pretty much covered all types of events with my tables, Hen parties, Baby showers, Weddings and birthdays. I am also loving designing Eco-chic ideas, all of which can be seen at The Luxury Wedding Showcase in March.

A lot of my inflences come from interiors. I trained in Decorative art and Interior design. I often use large pieces of furniture for dessert displays, quirky items on guest book tables, fabrics and wallpapers for backdrops and craft items. I think visual stimulation is so important. I would consider myself a crafty diy lady with an invalueable imagination. Sweet Dream Events is constantly evolving, making sure events are designed to be as special as those attending.

Our thanks to Hannah and a quick note to say that the photos here are just a very small snapshot of gorgeousness!  I thoroughly recommend visiting Hannah's website , blog and Facebook page to get more inspiration and to drool over the sweetness there.  You can also follow her on Twitter .
